Susan Hamilton (East Midlands Manager) was extremelly efficient and extracted the knowledge required to fulfill the company's recruitment needs without being pushy or invasive. Althought Susan is based in the Midlands and my recruitment needs were in our Wakefield office, she managed to find the right candidates and only send interviewees through that ticket all the boxes and were right for these positions.
