It has been a couple of months now since your candidate joined us. She is proving to be a great asset and her supervisor and I are both really pleased with her progress.
Can I say thanks for the hard work you did in identifying her as a suitable candidate for us. I know we can be quite demanding and have high expectations but you worked with us in the way that we wanted, identified the right candidate and will certainly be first on my list should future recruitment needs take place.
