International Manufacturer needs a hands on, organised & highly motivated Senior Management Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Report to Finance Director
Monthly Group & Site Financials & KPI reports
Budgets, Forecasting & P&L
Monthly forecasting & performance analysis
Cash, currency & tax management
Strategic planning & business analysis & capital project justification
Participate in the financial aspects of R&D and capital project management
Budget control for site & executive management
Maintaining & improving financial information, risks, reports and processes
Assisting EMEA business units
Supervision of staff
Skills & Experience
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Knowledge of US GAAP (preferable but not essential)
Technically strong & organised finance professional
Experience of Manufacturing
Experience of accounting systems & processes in a large industrial organisation/s
Proven experience of monthly financial reports to tight deadlines
Experience of budgeting & forecasting
Communicate at all levels – written & verbal
Ability to work on own initiative & part of team
Excellent IT Skills – Excel & SAP
Able to multi-task and prioritise activity
Ability to travel in UK & Europe as and when necessary
