Global €Multi-Billion T/O Group has a need for a highly experienced, effective, organised and driven Project Accountant.
Responsibilities
Report to Finance Director
Monthly Group & Local Reporting
Monthly Budgets & Forecasts
Performance analysis
Annual Budgeting
Strategic Planning & Business analysis
R&D and Capital Project Justification
Planning of Project Spend
Reforecasting & Replanning
Interaction with Finance Director, Finance Team, R&D and Client’s
Skills & Experience
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Proven experience of Project Accounting
Proven experience of handing £Multi-Million Projects
Understanding of US GAAP preferred but not essential
Exemplary IT Skills – Excel & SAP
Proven experience of supporting processes as if it’s their own business
Ability to interact at all levels with Finance and R&D individuals
Experience of accounting systems and processes in a large industrial enterprise
Experience of budgeting & forecasting in a medium or large manufacturing business
Able to multi-task and prioritise activity
Ability to travel in UK & Europe as and when necessary
