The Role
- Deliver cost savings in line with annual targets
- Identify and deliver ``quick win`` opportunities for cost reduction
- Analysis of spend
- Formulation of and implementation of Indirect Commodity strategies
- Negotiation of contracts
- Management of strategic supplier relationships
The Person
- Must have experience of sourcing Indirects
- Must have strong project management and organisational skills
- Must have proven experience of managing complex supply chains
- Must be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and ability
- Ideally qualified or working towards CIPS
- Must be Self-motivated, Driven and adaptable
