A leading organisation based in Northampton has a new requirement for a Management Accountant to join their busy accounts department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to expand their experience and exposure working within the organisation, covering all aspects of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and providing solid financial support to the Group.
Responsibilities include:
Production of the monthly management accounts for all branches within the Group.
Reviewing the preliminary management accounts as part of the month end procedure.
Assist in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan.
Preparation of reports for the Regional board meetings where the budget is approved.
Preparation of accruals / prepayment calculations and control account reconciliations.
Answering Management Account overhead queries from branch and business managers.
Preparing monthly and quarterly flash forecasts.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the ability to communicate at all levels. The ideal candidate will be newly qualified or in the final stages of studying towards either ACCA or CIMA.
