Hewitson Walker has been assigned by a Fast-growing Global Leader to assist with its search for an Operations Finance Manager to join its finance team due to expansion.
Managing the Operations Finance Team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Weekly & Monthly operational reporting and site scorecards
- Management and financial control of a £19m budget
- Preparing forecasts
- Annual Budgets
- Finance Business Partner to the Operational Management Team
- Delivering systems improvements
- Improve financial/accounting processes
The successful candidate will ideally have strong management accounting skills coupled with the ability to build relationships within the wider business to ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial information.
You will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with the ability to manage effectively and to question current practices with the target of improving the department to achieve best practices. You will be an excellent communicator with good commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively at a senior level.
