Susan Hamilton-Martin
Branch Manager

Following an early career in Retail Management, Susan joined the Accountancy & Finance Recruitment industry over 12 years ago concentrating on the East Midlands Market. Since then she has worked with candidates at all levels from accounting support staff through to Finance Directors and above in all areas of the East Midlands. Susan currently specialises in Permanent Accounting Support Staff recruitment in Northamptonshire. Have built up strong working relationships with key employers in the East Midlands and won a number of Preferential Supplier Agreements, Susan and her team work with FTSE 250, Large PLC’s, SME’s and OME’s and offer the same professional service to all.


Anna Geary
Senior Consultant          

Anna started her career within industrial recruitment 8 years ago where the need for fast and efficient work was paramount. 6 years ago she moved into the Accountancy & Finance sector concentrating on Temporary and Permanent recruitment for Accountancy Support Staff within Leicestershire and the East Midlands as a whole. During this time, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience of the Clerical market. Anna currently specialises in Temporary recruitment for Leicestershire and the East Midlands at the Accountancy Support Staff level.


Ed Bozman
Consultant

Ed is an experienced Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager with over 4 years experience in Accountancy and IT recruitment. He has worked with a number of FTSE 250, Fortune 500 and leading Not for Profit Organisations within the UK, providing both permanent and Interim recruitment solutions. Ed currently specialises in Permanent Part Qualified and Qualified recruitment for the whole of Northamptonshire.


Farah Ahmed
Consultant

Farah holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and was a Qualified Teacher prior to embarking on a career in recruitment.

With over nine years experience of specialist finance recruitment at a qualified level within Commerce & Industry in both the Midlands and London, she is reknown for her consultative approach in ensuring that she understands her market and the demands of it from both a hiring manager and candidates perspective.

Farah takes the time to ensure that she develops a relationships with the senior management of the company to allow the provision of an efficient and fast pace solution. She invests time to understand her clients needs, presents quality candidates and is determined to find the best candidate whilst upholding her core values of integrity, transparency and expertise.

Away from work, Farah has a passion for fashion, photography, participating in 10k runs for charity and travelling the globe.


Carla Alexander
Branch Administrator   
Carla is the newest member of the team and has joined us with over 3 years experience of recruitment administration and account management. Having worked within Industrial and Commercial recruitment, Carla is now responsible for all the administration of the East Midlands team as well as helping Susan with project work.
